The Force (Still) Lives On

There are some passions, regardless of current tastes and fads, that are timeless. Star Wars first hit the screen in 1977 and the franchise is just as popular 38 years later as it was when Darth Vader first wheezed his way into our consciousness.

Those of you who have previously read these blog entries could probably guess that my enthusiasms lie elsewhere.

Nevertheless, I have been called upon numerous times to immortalize (well, possibly the wrong choice of words) in sugar some aspect of the series. You may remember this Darth Vader/storm trooper cake from last year. If not, check it out. There’s a great tutorial on how to create storm trooper heads. It comes in amazingly handy.
