When I was a kid, everyone at birthday parties fought over who got to eat the buttercream roses off the cake. I personally have never been a fan of sweets, so I usually filled my plate with potato chips instead.
In this case, I wondered if there was going to be havoc as little boys jostled each other to reach the few soccer balls or airplane cookies. Who got to pick the Lego candy off the cookie top? Somehow I’m guessing the shirt and tie cookies were left to the end….
