In a complete and shocking departure from all things cake, Temptations Israel is branching out into the wild and exciting world of gourmet popcorn! Let’s face it, it was really just a matter of time. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve had popcorn for dinner. Well it is a vegetable.
It’s been a whirlwind of kernels around here, popcorn flying everywhere, the aroma divine. Really all that was missing was a big screen playing a feature film. (Did you ever stop to wonder, when the movie trailer says “coming soon to a theatre near you,” how they know where you live?) After much experimentation, sampling, double blind studies, and comprehensive polling, we’ve narrowed it down to nine flavours. So many, you ask? Well, when the public speaks you have no alternative but to listen.
I’m sorry if you didn’t make it into the focus group, but at least now you know that when you order, you’ll be the lucky recipient of the very best we have to offer.
Ready? Here are your choices: Chocolate, Cinnamon Salted Caramel, Chocolate Mint, Wasabi, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter, Barbecue, Za’atar, and Mustard Pretzel.
My current favourite is the Cinnamon Salted Caramel, but I’ll admit that I’m wavering. An hour from now I may switch my allegiance to Peanut Butter. Lucky for you, you don’t have to limit yourself to just one or even two flavours. Try them all! For now, they come in two sizes – large and extra large – because we all know that once you sit down with a bag of popcorn, it’s impossible to stop at just a few handfuls. And keep in mind that when your family and friends discover your stash, you’re inevitably going to need a refill. And fast. So what are you waiting for?
